15 KILLED IN COAL MINE BLAST IN CHINA

A gas explosion at a coal mine in southwest China has killed 15 miners.

The coal mine in Sichuan province exploded on Wednesday.

Rescuers recovered the bodies of 15 miners who died from carbon monoxide poisoning. 32 miners still remained trapped underground.

Meanwhile, rescue workers pulled 102 miners out of the mine.

Rescue efforts are still under way.
