The International Security and Assistance Force (ISAF) said in a statement that the service members were killed in an attack in the south of the country and did not disclose any more details.
ISAF forces have been trying to retain control of territory they seized during the past two years.
So far this year, 237 international service members have been killed in Afghanistan, including 168 Americans.
