TRNC PREMIER EVALUATES SOUTHERN CYPRUS’ EU TERM PRESIDENCY

Evaluating takeover of EU Term Presidency by Greek Cypriot Sector TRNC Prime Minister Küçük said that the EU member countries have turned a blind eye towards the takeover of EU Term Presidency by a divided country which has disappointed Turkish side.

İrsen Küçük said that Greek Cypriot Administration has declared that it will strengthen European integration and European common values during its EU Term Presidency; they hope that the mistakes of the past will not be repeated and European Union will keep its promises.

İrsen Küçük reminded that the situation in the Island is not normal and Greek Cypriots should be motivated for a solution especially during their EU Term Presidency.
