Turkey Statistics Authority released consumer price index and producer price index for February.

The report showed that Turkey's consumer price index (CPI) rose by 0.56 percent, as the producer price index (PPI) dropped by 0.09 percent in February 2012.

The CPI rose by 10.43 percent and PPI increased by 9.15 percent in February 2012 when compared to the figures of the base year 2003.

As of December, according to the 12-month averages, the annual inflation was 7.48 percent in consumer prices, and 10.96 percent in producer prices.
